Amstar, Inc. has provided the GSA’s Border McAllen Zone with construction management services for over 8 continuous years. This job order contract consisted of a variety of repairs to existing federal structures at the WTB LPOE in Laredo, Texas. Due to the security required at all federal sites, Amstar and all our subcontractors were vetted by Homeland Security with background checks.
