Amstar Inc. is a minority owned general contractor that has been in business since 1999. Amstar currently has over 35 full-time employees in the office and out in the field. Amstar’s employees have a wealth of experience in the construction industry, particularly in project management and as general contractors. Although its ownership and management have a broad range of experience in the construction industry, we specialize in remodeling, renovations, historical renovations, new construction and Job Order Contracting.
Amstar provides in-depth experience on construction contracts with experienced key personnel that focus on all aspects of the work. Typically, Amstar maintains a group of multi-discipline qualified in-house staff to accommodate an immediate response to critical aspects of contract work. The Corporate staff, along with the Project Manager, oversee and support all projects and contracts. They assure that all resources of manpower, subcontractor, technical and administrative support are readily available. Amstar is uniquely positioned to meet strict contract requirements and customer demands. We have the management and financial capacity to concurrently administer, insure, bond and finance projects.
Amstar has successfully performed on JOC, federal, county, municipal, non-profit, residential, university and school district contracts. These contracts have included multiple projects, ranging in type and complexity from health and school facility improvements, commercial renovations, new construction, parks construction and sports complex development. The relevance of the contract information submitted lies in the fact that a large portion of this experience is performing multiple contracts at multiple facilities and locations. Managing and performing on multiple contracts has given Amstar an enormous advantage in corporate capability and experience, allowing us to sharpen our point-of-sales and delivery of services to our customers. Amstar has learned to anticipate our customers’ needs and identify problem issues and corrective actions before they occur. To date, Amstar has accepted all types and sizes of contract requirements in the public and commercial sectors.
