Terry Flores – Vice President
Mrs. Flores is responsible for all aspects of corporate operations, including fiscal, financial, payroll, personnel and administrative matters. Terry’s history, in addition to her 23 years at Amstar, is cemented in real estate lending where she worked for 22 years at the highest echelons of a premier banking institution in San Antonio – Chase Bank. She managed lending and real estate portfolios of $38 and $45 million, respectively.
Atanacio Carrisal III – Estimator/Project Manager
Mr. Carrisal has past performance as a Project Manager, Project Engineer and Estimator. He has built a formidable reputation in the construction industry and maintains a professional willingness in always taking the necessary project initiative. His solutions-oriented team player approach is blended with a natural sense of urgency and the capacity to anticipate, identify and respond to changing priorities. Communication is his top priority at all levels of business whether internally or externally. Atanacio has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. Atanacio handles all our cooperative JOC contracts throughout Texas.
Rick Ledesma – Estimator/Project Manager
Mr. Ledesma is a results-driven, financially-astute construction management professional in building and construction. His expertise includes commercial, government, educational and post-secondary institutional projects. Former positions include experience as a senior estimator, project manager, contract administrator, field engineer, foreman, superintendent, assistant project manager, assistant superintendent and QCM. Rick handles all of our GSA contracts.
Seth Ortiz – Estimator/Project Manager
Mr. Ortiz is a construction professional with strong problem-solving skills and highly resourceful at managing tight deadlines. He is a diligent and organized team player who excels in a fast-paced environment. His proven track record of finding cost-effective solutions to common and complex construction challenges is well known in the industry. He has superior communication skills to establish and develop valuable client and vendor relationships. Seth handles all West Texas projects.
Antoinette Davis – Office Manager
Mrs. Davis is responsible for all aspects of corporate operations, including fiscal, financial, payroll, and administrative matters. Antoinette has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from the University of Incarnate Word.
Mariano Garcia – General Superintendant
Mr. Garcia is a team-player that is accustomed to working under fast-paced, high-volume, time-sensitive conditions. His personal qualities include the skills to establish and maintain solid relationships with co-workers, clients, management and project principals. He is self-directed, an effective and decisive motivator, solutions-focused and a communicator with a “hands-on” management style and a proven reputation in increasing organizational efficiency. He takes job ownership seriously and proactively works out solutions. He consistently exceeds established goals and objectives.
